Recipes for nutritious and tasty snacks.
-Chips of fruits and vegetables: a simple recipe that takes time though, is just another way of eating fruits and vegetables, low fat, low calorie, and high in fiber and vitamins and minerals in the form of chips crunchy and tasty .
-Strawberry gelatin to the mint: with all carotenes and vitamin C from the strawberries, and with plenty of water and flavor, this dish can be a sweet snack with fewer calories and very nutritious to eat between meals.
-Celery with cheese and olives top: a salty snack with proteins that are satisfying, low in fat and high in fiber derived from celery, peppers and onions. Furthermore, it is a simple preparation which provides vitamin C and potassium.
-Fruit salad: classic snack is fresh with various vitamins and minerals, high in fiber and water. Although depending on the amount of added sugar, a plate can be no lower in calories.
-Mini chocolate strawberry and yogurt ice cream: a tasty snack with protein, calcium, vitamin C and water. We can easily satiate the appetite, not only for its protein but also for its cold temperature.
